Who we are

This website is run by an independent 4Life distributor serving Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. It is not an official 4Life corporate website. Contact: info@4lifetransferfactor-australia.com.

What we collect

• Email enquiries: if you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you, and we do not sell or share it.
• Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical details of each visit (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed) for security and to keep the site running.
• No forms or payments: this site has no order or payment forms, and we never see your card details.

Cookies, analytics and video

This site does not set its own advertising cookies. If we add a visitor-statistics tool such as Google Analytics, we will update this page first. Videos on the Home page come from YouTube and load only when you press play. YouTube’s own privacy terms then apply.

Buying on the official 4Life shop

When you follow a link to australia.4life.com and sign up or order, 4Life collects and handles your information under 4Life’s own privacy policy, which you can find on its website.

Access, correction and complaints

To ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or make a privacy complaint, email info@4lifetransferfactor-australia.com. We aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
